Sami Cowger, previously serving as Associate Director, has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and a commitment to delivering unparalleled value to clients. In the past two years alone, Sami has accomplished remarkable feats, completing transactions in multiple commercial real estate markets across the country. Additionally, her impact significantly expanded the Carlson Partners client roster with key additions in the medical and office industries.

Sami’s achievements have earned her well-deserved industry recognitions, including Carlson Partners’ 2022 Emerging Leader of the Year, 2023 Emerging Leader by Minnesota Real Estate Journal, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) Spotlight of the Month, Carlson Partners’ 2023 Advisor of the Year, and a Nomination for the 2023 Woman of the Year by Minnesota Real Estate Journal. In her career, Sami has successfully completed 250 assignments spanning across 22 states. Her commitment to excellence has consistently set her apart as a leader in the field.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sami dedicates her time outside of work as the varsity head coach for Edina High School girls hockey, showcasing her passion for leadership and community involvement.

In her elevated role as Director, she will continue to spearhead strategic initiatives, further enhancing Carlson Partners’ position as a trusted advisor in the industry. Sami specializes in maximizing opportunities, through skillful negotiation and site selection, particularly within the office, healthcare, industrial, and retail sectors.

Since joining the company in 2019, Tim Tysk has been a key component of company growth. Tim has provided exceptional expertise in industrial tenant representation, using market intelligence and data analytics to drive value in negotiations.

As Director, Tim led large national portfolio assignments, negotiated incentives and created real estate strategies that support client business strategies. Since 2021, Tim has completed over $175M in transaction value and grew the firm’s client roster with new additions in the automation, engineering, and food service industries. In addition, he earned Carlson Partners’ 2020 Emerging Leader and 2021 Broker-of-the-Year Awards. Tim is an active member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Minneapolis, and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

In his new capacity as Senior Director, Tim will continue to offer support to the team and his clients. His strategic vision, coupled with an acute understanding of the complexity of client needs and negotiating unique solutions, positions him as a valuable asset to Carlson Partners. Tim’s expertise lies within the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and office sectors throughout the United States, and his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends provides a competitive advantage.
