Carlson Partners proudly announces the promotion of Sami Cowger to the position of Senior Director.

In her nine years of experience, Sami has successfully completed over 300 assignments in the office, healthcare, and industrial sectors, providing services including lease negotiations, relocations, site selection, and national portfolio management.

Since joining Carlson Partners in 2022, Sami has played a key role in driving growth for the company and optimizing opportunities for clients. In 2024, Sami facilitated 32 deals spanning 15 states.
